Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bestfit Dental Studio

At Bestfit Dental Studio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team at support@bestfitdentalstudio.com to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to follow our return process to send the item back.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at support@bestfitdentalstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
    3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@bestfitdentalstudio.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bestfitdentalstudio.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
